“It arrived in good time but sadly one of the wing mirrors had broken off in transit - would have returned it but for the fact that it was my grandson’s birthday the next day and it was part of his present - so I had to do a glue job - not very satisfactory but needs must . Otherwise prompt service.”

“My teenage son loved the car but was very disappointed that he had to put personalised no plate on himself. It was extremely tricky using fingers to cut to the miniature licence plate size and even more fiddly to stick onto the car itself. He wanted it to look perfect but kind of impossible without the appropriate tools to do this. So this was very disappointing for him and kind of ruined it for him.”

This is why a link to the full video guide is available at the point when you add your custom plate to your basket so that customers are aware of the process involved in applying the sticker.

“I was a bit disappointed with the product. The colours were really vibrant on the photo but not so much when it’s arrived… One of the wing mirrors was on incorrectly, but not strictly damaged..”

Hi there and many thanks for your honest review. The number plates are attached to a business card which is then attached to a slip of paper that we insert inside the gift wrapped item. Perhaps you might be able to check with the gift recipient as to whether they still have the slip of paper? Failing this, we can pop some additional number plates in the post to you. Please let us know. We will also contact you directly.

“Requested a personal plate for free on model which was not done, also plastic attachment at bottom of model with no instructions on correct tool to remove. The model itself is a nice quality and very realistic.”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. The free number plates are not applied to the model by us, they come attached to the delivery note you would have receieved with your order. If this is not the case then please do let us know and we can sort that out for you. Typically a Phillips head screwdriver can be used to remove the diecast models from the base by unscrewing the screw on the underneath. “We ordered a Range Rover Evoque model car for our grandsons birthday which was due for delivery 5 days prior to his birthday. When it did not arrive by the expected date we contacted you and were told that the item ordered was not in stock. The person on the phone was helpful but could only offer a Range Rover Sport as a replacement which was not the model we wanted. However we accepted the offer and he arranged delivery in time for the date of his birthday. However, as stated it was not the model we wanted.”

Hi, For products that we have in stock and ready to ship, we display a timer that states when the item would need to be ordered, to arrive for the next working day. For orders totalling under £50, our paid for 2nd, 1st class and next day delivery options are shown and any orders over the value of £50 qualify for free 2nd class post. We're unable to see anywhere that we have advertised free delivery for the product which was ordered by you, the £5.99 was charged as our next day delivery option was selected.
