“Very disappointed that the name I requested on the number plate has not been displayed. Due to this fact I have now not given the item as a birthday gift to which it was intended and has been a complete waste of money. I even called to ensure that my order was being made as I requested. Please can someone help resolve the issue. Thank you”

We thank you for taking the time to leave a review although we are disappointed that your shopping experience was not a positive one. We have contacted you direct by phone and by email to explain that we did have an issue with the website at the time you placed your order. Number plate details were not coming through with Gift Wrap orders. We were contacting every customer to ask whether they would like a plate added to the order. We are sorry if this did not happen. We are more than happy to send the number plates to you now and have asked this question in our direct contact to you. We have now managed to resolve the issue with the number plates + gift wrap feature.

We've looked into this and there weren't any instructions with your order to request that these be included, only the gift wrap request (which we hope you were happy with). We will contact you directly as we are more than happy to make up some plates and send these to you.

Your number plate stickers would have been attached to the delivery note inside your parcel. Details about our number plate stickers and how to apply them can be found on our website. Hi We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your model. The measurements of all of our models are clearly stated on the product page and for future reference, 1:64 scale cars are 1 64th of the size of the real thing, where as a 1:18 is an 18th of the size, therefore. If you would like to return the model then please do get in contact via our Contact Us section at the bottom of the website page. If you do wish to return it, then full packaging is required as our 1:64 models are collectables, not toys. We will follow up directly with details of how to return the model if this is required. “This purchase was for a birthday present. The issue was that the gift card message that arrived with the parcel, was not the message requested - it was for someone different. Therefore, there has been some mix up at the company which caused this error. This is very disappointing and took the edge off the entire gift which was for a 60th Birthday.”
