Hi Thank you for the review, we are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience. Your order was shipped the day we received it, and orders shipped internationally can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive. We have noticed on the tracking for your order that delivery was attempted on the 4th of August but there wasn't anyone in to receive it and a note was left by the delivery driver. We will contact you directly to resolve the issue, and for any issues or questions in the future get in touch at mssupport@minimodelshop.com. Customer support is our priority and we will do what we can to help. Thanks
