“Still waiting for my mini fridge to arrive! No communication to keep me informed. Website said 2-3 days delivery and I have now waited a week. After calling again I was told it would be delivered by 6pm yesterday and I'm still waiting, with no explanation. Have wasted days waiting for this to arrive.”

“Order Number 4057764 Received Fridge, everything looks fine from the outside, but unable to open door as no key arrived or booklet with it. I rang the company after it arrived, ( which was 4.05pm) pressed option 2 a young lady took my reference /order number. She then said she would have to go to the warehouse to check this up she said it would take 5 minutes. She took down my telephone number and said she would ring me back, unfortunately I did not ask for her name. I was working outside at the time away from a phone, ( I did inform her of this) but she said she would ring back. No call arrived. I waited in the house until 4.30pm and telephoned again the telephone answering machine came on saying they closed at 4.30 and would not be open until Monday morning!!!! I wasted 25 minutes of my work time waiting for a call, with no satisfactory outcome. I have a fridge that I am unable to open, so no as yet I am unable to review this product due to the incompetence of this company.”

“On 16 May 2014 I purchased a Husky HN7 Wine Cooler and when it arrived one of the glass doors was smashed (still in packaging). The delivery company took it away and I immediately contacted MiniFridge and advised of problem. As the wine cooler was a wedding present and a replacement could not be delivered in time, I requested a refund and was told that I'd receive a refund very quickly. Despite several follow-up phone calls from me and an email from supplier promising the refund,”

“The Fridge was advertised as free standing or integral. We required the integral which has a flat door, we also Ordered the sliding door attachment to the fridge door. On receiving the fridge we found that the front door had a slight curve in it (this is the design) the slid kit would not work, we contacted you and were advised that you only supply the curved front unit, not as advertised. We had to modify our door to suite yours. This cost time and were not impressed.”

“Shocking is the way to describe this company the product I bought when it eventually arrived was packed as though a three year old had been put in charge, the item was scratched with missing fixtures, screws were loose on the grill at the back due to the holes being to big ,£350 for a peice of junk. They offered £50 compensation or to take it back that was eight weeks ago still nothing ! Stay away be warned Go to a reputable company or you will get your fingers burnt !”

“Not a good experience with this company. Firstly they delivered it to the wrong address, they then didn't advise me when they had picked it up and re-delivered it to the right address, then when they finally delivered it, the appliance was broken. They then refused to replace it due to it being longer than their stated time period and when I asked what their complaints process was, I was met with silence. A small cheap company in my opinion.”

“this was our 4th mini fridge. Like the first 3 it did not work properly. Although it switched on and cooled down it still had not switched off after 5 hours, faulty thermostat.”

“I purchased the "Mini Fridge" in August and I am being asked to review this now in December. If what you want to buy is a fridge, I would not recommend that you purchase this product. Whilst the product looks exactly like a fridge the description of it as as such, is in my view very misleading based on my understanding of what a fridge does, i.e, chills and keep drinks cold. This is at best, a cool (ish) box. I bought this to use in the dressing room of my guest bedroom to keep a few small bottles of water and soft drinks for guests. Even at full power the drinks were no better than barely cool. If you want a fridge that properly chills drinks then don't buy this product as it is in my view, a waste of money.”
