“The fridge should have arrived Thursday, still hasn't. Chased apc couriors but they repeatedly said they would sort, didn't and now aren't taking calls. You then decided that, despite still making sales, you'd close off all means of customer contact. For context, this fridge was needed to store insulin and other medicines and yours offered the quickest delivery of any product online after the previous fridge broke down on Christmas Day. I also have a newborn baby, and can assure you that I absolutely don't want to be dealing with others' incompetence and poor systems planning right now.”

“I am still waiting the delivery of the fridge. so much for next day delivery ordered last Thursday and not here yet..??? Its Tuesday 19th December the fridge still has not been delivered. The last time i had an experience like this was because the item had been damaged and they tried to repair the dents. Anyway if my fridge i ordered is not here by the end of the day would you please cancel the order and refund my money. thank you. F A WALLBRIDGE.”

“Ordered mini fridge in black processed order, had several emails acknowledging order. Then had email date delivering mini fridge, then recieved email on day of delivery to say fridge out of stock but could order a white fridge which was in stock. I emailed and asked for a refund but then due to time constraints rang service line and ordered a white mini fridge which did not arrive.”

“I ordered a 4 litre one. I buy 4 litre milk containers and my search on google was for a fridge to store MILK, not beer cans or wine. I cannot even get a 2 litre bottle inside it. With effort, it will take 2 1 pint containers laying ON THEIR SIDES, with the risk of spillage!!! stupid!!! So the local charity shop is collecting it on Monday. I cannot even be bothered to send it back for a refund I am so ticked off!”

Hello Miss Baillie. Thank you for your review. The iceQ 4lt is not designed for keeping milk as the unit does not run cold enough. It does specify in the product information that it has a thermoelectric cooling system which designed specifically to run at 20 degrees below ambient temperature and therefore not suitable for storing perishables. “- my product i find easily - i didnt speak with sales advisor befor my purchase, so pitty( - online ordering was not so simple( - i still wait to refund my money because i order and pay my product instantly( from outland) and also i have delivery adresse in UK u cant sale product to me, once again so pitty next time i'll buy in different shop”

“Ordered fridge on 20/9, was emailed and told was out of stock, but didn't reflect this on the website at time of order. Got an email to say dispatched on 29/9 and will be delivered on 2/10. It's now 6/10 and the fridge still hasn't arrived and have had no further contact from the company. Keep emailing for a review but haven't contacted me to explain where the fridge is! An absolutely appalling service and will be contacting for a refund on Monday. Would have given 0 out of 5 it was an option.”

“The ordering and delivery were fine The problem is this is not a quiet fridge when in operation. Does not live up to its description and would definitely not be suitable for an hotel bedroom. And it's driving me mad with its whooshing and whirring thru the night.”

“Placed my order on a Tuesday for next day delivery, got to Friday and my order had not arrived so I called minifridge and was informed that my order had been lost! Was then told they would re-send my order only to then get a phone call 20 mins later to say actually they were now out of stock and would be for 2-3 months! requested a refund and confirmation and got neither! emailed and got no response! finally a week later I spoke with someone who then processed refund! absolutely shocking service (or lack of!)”

“Ordering was fine, then it went down hill. Opened the packaging and fridge was damaged. Immediately organised a return on tuesday morning as I need it for sunday as I am opening a new business on sunday morning. Still awaiting the courier to pick it up and now no chance I can have a fridge for sunday as it has to go back to minifridge before another will be sent. As the courier won't deliver on the weekend, monday is the earliest it will arrive. Disappointed ????”
