My milk went off within half a day of being in this Fridge , very disappointed!!

Fridge arrived damaged in transport, not MiniFridge's problem but I was unable to contact them. First of all their automated telephone answer service cannot handle calls from mobiles so I had to use a neighbour's landline, then I found myself in a queue where I was constantly told I was number 1 in the queue but yet my call was never answered. This was at 3pm on a Friday - seems they go home early, not at 5pm as advertised. Emailing them produced only an automated answer that they would get back to me later - they didn't. Two days later had a response via email and was told that the fridge would need to be returned to them before another could be sent. It was collected on Wednesday and despite a promise of a call when it was received none came. I was no longer able to wait for a new fridge so cancelled the order. Eventually on Monday I received an email telling me the fridge had been returned and that I would be refunded. Finally I received a refund on the Wednesday, 12 days after the damaged fridge was delivered!! Will I ever buy from them again - NEVER.

16 days to wait for a fridge. Trying to get hold of them on the phone : Gave up after hanging on the phone for half an hour for aftersales service , apparently i was only number two in the queue.. rang back and clicked general enquiries option number 3 - that comes up an an incorrect request! Finally got hold of someone by clicking option number 1 for sales - they answered immediately, apparently they are always very busy in August .... well if they know that then employ extra staff for that period. Finally was told that the fridge would be delivered on Monday - 19 days late..

I ordered my mini fridge before 14.30hrs on a Monday and now at 15.05hrs Thursday still hasn't arrived. And on Friday same never arrived despite them telling me on Thursday then Friday 08.00hrs-16.00hrs then at 16.07hrs telephoning them who replied a new driver will be there in 30 minutes , My Manager sent me a text at 17.15hrs saying still hadn't arrived despite having address, contact name ,cell phone number. I now want a refund of my money and I will buy elsewhere.

I found it incredibly hard to get through on the phone, emails went unanswered. The particular person I wanted to speak to managed to avoid being contacted. All in all it was the most dreadful experience and if I hadn't already had a unit made to fit the dimensions of the fridge, I would not have bothered. Irrespective of how good I find this fridge 1 will not repeat the experience and will go elsewhere

I ordered the fridge on 7th June after being told it would be next day delivery it is now 10th I am still waiting.

Never received the delivery even though it says I have. I’ve tried calling and no one picks up and sent email but Had no response. Very dissatisfied. Very interesting that I get asked to rate service before I get my order delivered. Obviously you are happy to contact me when it suits you

Not delivered on the day advised - stayed in all day and no contact from minifridge or the delivery company. After numerous attempts to contact deliver company they advised I needed to speak to minifridge. Minifridge just had a voice message advising no one was available to take my call. Still waiting for fridge and still no contact from minifridge!!

Item not received, yet payment has been taken product ordered on the 6/4/18 have tried to contact you twice but to no avail have now opened a case through paypal , I would appreciate some correspondence from you.

Ordered last week as needed quickly and you say next day delivery. No sign of order. Emailed today but have not had a reply. Poor service

It says that it was due to be delivered on Tuesday. Never received the fridge or an explanation as to where is it. It's now Thursday and I needed the fridge for Friday (which is a bank holiday as it Monday so i assume i wont be getting it for four or five days).

The fridge does not work. I have made contact and arranged for collection and after waiting in the fridge was not collected on two occations with no apology. I am still trying to return the fridge and getting no reply.

I am waiting for my item and someone to ring/email me back ... I rang on Friday twice and was on hold for 24 mins and then 18 mins..I sent 2 emails and received back "thanks subscription for our newletter" I have had no order number either.

I bought this fridge for my sons birthday, went to put it on today and I can't get the on button to move!! Not a happy little boy!
