This mini fridge arrived later than stated & in a very damaged box it was poorly packaged in only what a appears to be cling film. Very disappointed as this was a present.

WARNING..... 4 Litre Mini Fridge model - ICEQ4SB Upon taking delivery of this fridge I find that the instruction manual states "This appliance is not suitable for permanent operation" This crucial information is not to be found on the website of 'MiniFridge.co.uk" The response from MiniFridge.co.uk was.... "It's not suitable to be left on for weeks or months at a time, days at a time is fine but it will drastically reduce the life of the product." Natasha - Customer Services Assistant. Despite repeated requests regarding a suitable alternative fridge I have not received any further response from MiniFridge.co.uk - the company policy appears to be - ignore customer requests/complaints and they will go away! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company as there after sales service is very poor.

My fridge only reached room temperature even with the fan on. It was extremely noisey. I rang to complain but was told that if the room, in myhotel was warm, it wouldn't work very well. They offered to take it back for testing but a £9.99 fee would be charges if it was found to not be faulty. A total waste of money. My friend bought the Argos version and it works perfectly.

It cannot be Sixty Stores fault? I ordered a fridge. When it arrived the box was soaking wet and falling apart the packaging inside was damaged and the item was soiled the plastic bag had been opened. When I complained and requested a replacement. Sixty said must provide photo evidence of damage. I am not able to do this so Sixty said that I mast package the item suitably for return and I would be charged the costs of the returns. Remember the box is a soggy mess the item is damaged through no fault of mine but I must pay them it take it back and if required arrange suitable packaging. They then immediately referred to their terms and conditions to justify me being charged. Sixty can send you any old rubbish in any condition and if you don't like it they will charge you to take it away. Disgusting.

Ordered a B grade fridge that was delivered, very badly damaged to the underside of the fridge. Took Minifridge a few days to reply to email and they arranged a courier to collect reasonably quickly. After several weeks of emails to chase my refund, i had no other alternative but to open a PayPal case to get my refund.

I bought the fridge thinking that it would arrive and look as it does on the website...wrong. The item arrived scuffed and the plastic looks cheap and unfinished. I contacted them and they said they couldn't see any issues with the fridge from the pictures! I have contacted them again and then again today and nothing regarding either a replacement or a refund. Please avoid!

Trying to return an unwanted item and obtain a refund is proving difficult. Despite several emails and phone calls I am still waiting to be refunded for an item that was returned 30 days ago . Appalling customer services !!!!

I ordered the fridge and then called to ask for it to be delivered to a different addess to the billing address. This was agreed and I asked for confirmation by email. It never came. I then received a message from the courier saying it would be delivered to the billing address. I waited at the billing address but it never came. It was then delivered to the alternative address.

I would love to write a review if I had got my fridge promised today but alas still waiting very poor carrier of goods their email side is very poor no advise had to phone the. Overnight carrier then the delivery people were the ones that have let me down. So sorry . But maybe try again when I do get it hopefully before my grandson goes to Durham Uni. Well it's now well past the afternoon when I spoke to someone that APC put me in touch with they APC were very good it's the in between man that's not very abrupt and aggressive speaking promising me it would be here this afternoon even told me he would be in this area. So all I can say is don't rely on these people as carriers well if it comes tomorrow when I.l be out I do hope he leaves it because if not I will cancel order and go elsewhere also I didn't get my discount when I ordered as it was my first time buying from you and you promised a discount so not very pleased overall not a. Wry good experience I hope this alerts others who might be in this position to be aware.

So far we haven't got the fridge even. It was meant to be delivered "next day" . We ordered it on Monday 27th Aug. and it has been three days and still no fridge. It is no good saying "we shipped it" and leaving it to us to chase it. I much rather pay for delivery and make sure it is delivered on time as and when it is meant to be delivered. We wasted 2 days already waiting for it and it still is open ended. Your customer service and contact is very poor. Nobody bothers to answer the phone and any urgent problems cannot be dealt with through email as you will "answer within one day". I wouldn't even give 1 star but there is no "0" star option unfortunately. I certainly would use another company for delivery as they kept coming up with different stories about the delay and the reason for it. At this moment our fridge is still in their Maidstone depot. We will never use this company again.

Delivery was promised yesterday, and then today. No show, no communication. If the carrier cannot find my house, can he/she please phone me.

Ordered an item on a Friday night my card was debited straightaway with payment email was sent to say next day delivery which should have been Monday. No notification of delivery no email nothing had to contact again on weds as couldn't get hold of them on the phone and they emailed back to say high demand on product ordered and so out of stock not back in until end Sept. No refund made as yet very disappointed as was supposed to be a present for sons bday in a weeks time. Not impressed with communication at all.
