My mini fridge was meant to be delivered next day, it has still to arrive 5 days and counting! Tried phoning constant fob off, e-mails are still not answered, shocking customer service!

The overnight delivery did not happen. I had confirmation of its despatch and waited on hold for 25 minutes with the local Surbiton unit before hanging up. I waited in all day Saturday and the fridge eventually arrived on Monday morning - joke.

Item arrived damaged and dimensions were wrong on the website to the actual fridge delivered meaning it did not fit. Not very impressed. I have now sent it back and am awaiting a refund. I also did not find customer services very friendly once someone answered the phone. It took me 6 attempts through the day - poor customer service!

This seller sent me a much cheaper fridge than I ordered and then were slow to collect it back from me and then even slower to refund my money. Be careful ordering anything from them as I believe they may have cashflow issues.

Bought a the stainless steel front mini fridge and was happy until the fridge suddenly packed up with no warning at all Wouldn’t buy from here again and wouldn’t tell anyone else to Not happy

Next day delivery doesn’t include freezers apparently ! Ordered mine weds after 3pm so expected it Friday. Phoned to ask what time it was due spent 20mins waiting whilst operator tried to find out. She didn’t phone me back as promised so called again to be told it would be Monday which wasn’t acceptable to me, asked for compensation but they wrangled out of that asked for a refund and they didn’t do that either so now in limbo is it refunded or still being delivered not a good way to treat a customer

My Son ordered a fridge from yourselves for my elderly Father who is in a care home. Fridge was delivered later than expected. A pat test was done at the care home and the fridge failed it due to insulation fault. I informed company to be told i needed to return it so they could send it to their manufacturer to be tested? Long story short and lots of emails later. I said i wasn't happy with this and would like a courier to pick the "Faulty fridge" up and refund my money. I have had nothing since. I have sent several messages. My poor father who was so happy with his fridge, doesn't understand why it has been taken away from him. I would really appreciate if someone would get back to me asap so this can be resolved.

I was offered a 5% discount to join your e mail notification system and a 10% discount for the January sale. but was only able to receive one of the discounts when purchasing on line. When phoning your order line I was again only able to receive one of the discounts. This was blatant misleading advertising and I am still considering whether to report it to the ASA.

Sorry i am unable to write a review as I have not received my fridge yet. It was out for delivery on Wednesday 16th but the van broke down. Its now not being delivered until Tues 22nd Jan 2019.

Communication poor. I ordered 2 mini fridges, one arrived on Thursday 10th, so I contacted the company to ask why only one. Was assured that they would look into it and e mail be back. Still waiting, and the money has been taken!

This product came without cable and plug . I have tried to ring gor replacement and was told my call was important and left waiting for 49 minutes as caller number 1 before giving up

Ordered a 4litre mini fridge; next day delivery for it not to turn up the next day and for it also to be absolutely tiny. Doesn’t even fit 2 cans of Pepsi in. This was disappointing as it’s a Christmas present. The online video and images of this fridge didn’t display this and looked a lot bigger, therefore being unsatisfied.
