Rubbish can’t stand bottles they fall over not good enough for behind bar

fast delivery, fast to stop working then have so send it back, after 14days they confirm ist broken, 14days later still no replacement

Received a faulty mini fridge. Made numerous calls .Finally spoke to a human.After more NUMEROUS emails Ellis promised collection today of faulty fridge between 8am-6pm.Waited in all day. "Trusted"courier did not arrive.Your company is appalling .I want this sorted without me wasting anymore of my time.I promise to give you the worse reviews

Would have given no stars if possible. Faulty goods delivered, return sent 29th July and still waiting for any kind of reply 11 days later. Avoid this company and any of its associated websites which there are many. You will lose your money

The fridge was so small that it would'nt even take a small bottle of water, so I telephoned, and they agreed that I could return it for a refund under ticket reference 48224. This was some 3 weeks ago, and I still have not been refunded!

Delivery was good but the product a 4 litre fridge came with a leaflet saying fridge not for continuous use. Er what sort of fridge is for intermittent use and oy good for keeping pre cooled food cool? Not a fridge but a cool box. So product descriptions rubbish. And you never answer your 0345 number. All in all untrystworthy.

- Ordered my glass fronted mini fridge for my new home salon on a next day delivery 15th July. - Order came next day - Wrong fridge, not what i ordered - Called sixty on number provided, pressed option 2 for delivery enquiries, hold music, hold message, this happens 3 times before the phone disconnects, I try this twice. - Call again, try press option 3 for general enquiries, hold music, hold message, happens 3 times, phone disconnects, I try this twice - Call again, try option 1 for new sales, hold music, Neomi answers (interesting that new sales get answered) Explains the situation, and i'm told a new one will be sent out on next day delivery and wrong one will be collected. - Next day, guy turns up to collect the OLD ONE ONLY, where is my new one??? - Day ends, no replacement, I email Neomi (no reply) I email next day (no reply) - It is now the 24th July, no fridge in site, so I call the number provided, and EXACTLY the same thing happens again with phone options and I need to go to new sales to get someone on the phone. I speak to Ollie. - Explain to Ollie, who apologises and tells me that my order was sent out the 23rd July for next day delivery. - It is now the 25th July, and I sit here with NO Fridge and an email asking me for a review. huh! - This is my honest review, ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE.

Absolutely rubbish for storing milk in. I have just phoned as the fridge is not cold enough and was told that it is not suitable for perishables! We phoned beforehand to see if the milk would fit in and the man didn't tell us this he just told us the measurements. There is also a photo of the fridge with milk in! Now have to send it back what a waste of time. The handle on the fridge also doesn't seem very sturdy and may break with continued use. Very disappointed.

Fridge arrived damaged, contacted customer services and decided to keep it on the understanding that I would be compensated for the damage and the cover up paint on the side ,I asked on numerous emails for an update on this to max Whitehead but never got a reply back even though he said that he would let me know ,after weeks I give up,rubbish customer service sixtystores

Worse experience ever so far on online buying. Received a fridge which don’t work with a note from the last customer who had it stating. This fridge doesn’t work once’s plugged in. Made up to 6 calls to mini fridge an still don’t got to the bottom of it. I’ve a non working fridge which I’ve paid for. Been told to get a call back. Been waiting a 24hours.

The shop itself sold a good price and had really good delivery, however the product is rubbish. Doesn’t chill food keeps already cold food slight cool. Looks the part, very much style of substance, feel like bining it.
