“I give it 0 stars really. No email confirmation, but money taken out of my account. Still waiting for 1/ email confirmation; 2/ tracking info; 3/ the fridge itself. Appalling really. Let’s see you post that on your website. Feels like I’ve been scammed”

“Website clearly states next day delivery - this is not the case at all. Placed an order Wednesday evening and still waiting for the fridge to be delivered. Confirmation email does not contain a tracking number so not able to see where the fridge is within the delivery process and the business closes on Friday night and doesn’t reopen until Monday morning so not able to follow up or check.”

“No emails after purchase, took money though. Next day delivery a joke. Probably not in stock. Shame, as have used before and recommended to others. On the other hand, could be that they never had my email or phone number. Dunno..”

“I ordered a mini fridge for my mother to prevent her form needing to travel down stairs to get her medication. The fridge was for mother's day and so we did not open it for some time. once my mother opened the fridge it was excessively noisy and kept her up throughout the night. I had tried to find a return slip within the packaging and had been worried we may have misplaced it, after spending some time to look for the slip , I contacted the returns team to ask for a return of the fridge, they responded several days later stating the return period had ended (1 day after the 14 day period). There was no apology or offer of an exchange and no interest in any form of customer service. It is disappointing that this company has not adjusted there returns policy in light of covid, and is completely inflexible even where the fault lies with there own product. Also note that the company requires you to pay the return and mentions a restocking fee.”

“Still waiting for the fridge after a week. Meant to be delivered within 3 by Wednesday. Several emails including via PayPal. Next step is to try to get refund via paypal . I have no idea if I have just been scammed or not. Totally appalling service. Customer care. Etc. Will not be using again and will list it on all motor home forums to help others to not go through same.. can’t believe you asked me to review without sending me my 62l fridge iceq. Can’t comment on delivery person as I STILL HAVE NOT GOT ANY ITEM.....”

“Never ever received my item ordered in October was meant to be delivered 23rd November and was still chasing Christmas week. Refused to send me out another one as said it was the couriers who had it. So my daughter missed out on her Christmas present. Had the phone hung up on me by the company and they never once returned any of my 15 telephone calls I placed over a period of 4 weeks chasing the item. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!”

“I ordered a mini fridge with next day delivery. The item didn't arrive so I emailed to chase it up. I initially received a quick response and they rearranged delivery for the next day. The item has still not arrived 2 weeks later and no one is replying to my emails and they don't answer the phone. DO NOT order from this company if you are needing an item before Christmas as you will probably not get it in time.”
