Do not buy from sixty stores/mini fridges. The company website is fraudulent when it talks about great customer service; you won’t see anything less than good reviews as all others are filtered out. The aftercare is shockingly, breathtakingly bad. Staff are unprofessional and unhelpful and refuse to engage in conversation on the phone which would have humanised matters. Our first mini fridge broke and whilst the company did replace it, the substitute never worked or chilled. The ensuing patronising email exchange was extremely distressing. The agent gave misinformation, and twisted or refused to understand the issue. It was like banging my head against a brick wall. The company refused to refund me despite my request being within the timeframe frame for a refund. They ride roughshod over consumer rights and ‘sale’ prices go up and down like a yo-yo. It is shameful that this company is able to get away with their sharp immoral practices and I would urge anyone considering buying to look elsewhere. To this date I still have not received a refund.

1st time customer last time customer did not work very disappointed they said they would change it can't give me a time slot for it to be picked up not happy will never use again sorry

Just confusing from the start this company must have got two names it's called shop sixty or iceQ ?? From the moment you order it's a complete confusion when you get through the staff seemed very incompetent The delivery is not accurate if they don't give you an accurate day so you might have to wait in which is complete shambles!! Mine packed up just a couple months after to get it organised for someone to pick it up to be repaired is a logistical nightmare trying to get hold of someone on the phone no one ever answers and you email them constantly no one replies just a complete company a complete joke I am still waiting for confirmation of it being repaired or replaced if I don't hear soon I will request a refund? Don't know who runs this company but who ever does is a complete ass must realise this company is a joke in itself!

This cooler is not fit for for purpose! This is not a fridge as they like describe it. MiniFridge is misleading. It cools to 12-15 degrees max. Everything goes off. Drinks cans don't even feel cold and the fan at the back at the higher setting is very loud. This is a complete joke. DON'T BUY! You're better off blowing a it.

I must first say there is nothing wrong with the fridge, it’s just not the one I ordered, I ordered a white fridge, I have a black and stainless steel one! This is where it gets laughable, the company, having already had my money, will pick up the one I don’t want then when it is back at their depot they will send the one I ordered! Why you may ask can they not do both at the same time, particularly as it is their mistake! It is company policy apparently and so they will make two journeys instead of one! Very environmentally friendly! Maybe someone should take note of the old adage “rules are for the guidance of wise men and the obedience of fools” but hey I will put it down to experience and not buy from them again!

Products are a waste of time 2 different types of cooler/fridge purchased both failed to work after a few days terrible customer services 3 days wasted waiting for someone to collect the broken fridge and for a replacement to arrive and still no working product with me will be taking things further if nothing is resolved

Fridge was described as having a 32 litre capacity,it’s actually 25 litre.the 32 litre is the gross capacity???.I feel like the product is being miss sold

I called your phone number 17 times and still I did not get to speak to anyone. Now your asking me to rate your service and I still have not received my product. Very poor service. You also said next day delivery and I had to leave home monday without it. So the reason I bought the fridge, I can not use it for as I've left home already. Not Happy at all, a waste of £70.

Next day delivery isn’t next day delivery! Ordered Friday night, had to call Tuesday for an update to find out it would arrive Wednesday. Expected this to be despatched Monday with Tuesday delivery as it’s a present for my daughters birthday on the Wednesday. Whats the point of sending me a link to complete a review when you haven’t even despatched the product?

I have bought several fridges from them, which are being used in my camper vans. Nice fridges by all means. The only BIIIIG issue is that they sell no spare parts. Be prepared to buy new fridge when you need just a shelf.

I still have not received my fridge :(. I phoned you yesterday but was told it was with the delivery company. Unfortunately I still have not got it! Not good service!!!!
