Great prices but still haven’t received order yet so cannot comment on actual products

Very unhappy. Ordered for next day delivery. Waited in all day. When rang to see where it is, they said there was a problem and I will now need to wait until Monday, 3 days late. And having to cancel other meetings!!.

I have received my order however the item is bashed and the box it came in was in a terrible mess. Also the item has come with no power cable after saying in the items description that it does.

Not at all happy this was an Xmas present and it was delivered with photo of the fridge on the box very disappointed and ruined a surprise present

Fridge arrived very promptly but it was damaged and it took about 3 weeks to have it collected for returns - very poor communication between people I contacted on the email - was told by one that my emails had never arrived - but, on the other hand, I did get 2 replies (asking for photos which I sent immediately) so , since I was using the same email address, I don't see any reason why others should not have got through. Since the collection of the damaged one took place about a week or so ago I have heard nothing more - in spite of the fact that you have my money - and am still waiting to hear about a replacement.

I mean i have my fridge and next day delivery is good, but the customer service is terrible. They just dont care and kept disregarding the questions i was having, wont be ordering from here again

All Mainland UK orders placed before 2PM Mon-Thu will be sent on a next day service. Please note the delivery will be made on the next business day, this excludes bank holidays and weekends. Totally impractical fridge, looks good but cannot be left unattended in a room, must be turned off. Cannot operate continuously. guess there must be some safety issues here ?

tried to order a fridge over the phone. try it sometime its a disaster. did it through pay pal all ok. fridge arrived on time. damaged. sent photos as requested and accepted a £15 discount because didn't want any more hassle. kept the damaged fridge.

Not impressed with after sales - I have not received my mini-fridge despite payment collected. It was due last Friday so cannot review service well!

Ordered a fridge over one week ago (00019220). Fridge was not delivered within 24 hours and checking online suggested it would not be available until May! Emailed customer service (Jenny) who replied promptly and said the fridge would be delivered yesterday/today due to errors and couriers. Checked with courier today and they have no record of the order. Bit of a shambles overall. Still chasing refund. Customer service response okay but we have no fridge or refund yet. Overall review: avoid this company.

Found it a bit galling that the fridge I bought at £37 approx appears to be in the sale for £20? Perhaps there's a reason why I paid the higher price for appears to be the same item?

ordered two and paid for two only one arrived and I think only one was dispatched arrived on Christmas eve after trying to phone 1st call on phone for 20 mins no reply 2nd call on phone for 30 mins no reply two emails sent no reply yet, for grandsons Christmas as they asked for them so one wasn't happy either was I hopefully they are going to compensate me for my phone calls as it stated I was in a queue 1stcall position 2 never moved 2nd call, position 2 never moved well well what can I say. Raging Buffalo Bill.
