a cheap and plastic not sure the lock on the door will sustain itself a bit pricy for the quality

The headers of the categories on your web site, really do need to be much more visible. Buttons that mark what sections of the website are available, shouldn't be hidden behind a menu button, this is very confusing to navigate, these section buttons all need to be in plain sight. Most frustrating. Also the sale items, that are listed as A, B and C conditions are too vague, the exact nature of any faults, for each unit, really should be mentioned specifically. Apart from these two things?, It was great.

Your product description was very poor. I wanted a three way fridge and although the product description stated this, it was not specifically made clear in the title. All the three way bits appear to be on the fridge, but after a telephone call to your office and a very garbled conversation with a lady who's product knowledge was less than mine, I was told that it was not a three way fridge and I would have to send it back at my own expense. Not impressed at all really and have a good mind to post this on the various forums to warn others of your shoddy service.

Got this for our sons bedroom but had to stop using as the Fan in Fridge makes too much noise.

Next day delivery as a selling point. However, they didn't deliver in the window they gave me, so I wasn't here to receive it. There was no option to ask them to leave it in the porch, which is what I would have preferred. I now have no fridge and need to call them to arrange delivery again.

Said that we could hear the refrigerant moving through but the temperature was not getting cold. Shocked that we were told that they would need the fridge returned to check it before shipping out a replacement. Also advised that if the fridge was found to be working that they would charge me 15gbp and that any further warranty would be void. Also shocked that the collection arrangement would not give us a pick up time nor the option of a phone call 30 mins prior to pick up. This then put an extra day's holiday cost for someone to be at home waiting for the fridge which actually cost gbp89. Some we are racking up costs on both sides t seems. Add to this in spite of arranging for a temporary pick up date of Friday the pick courier turned up on Monday - phoned me and when I said I could be home in ten minutes he said that that driver had already waited 5 mins and could not wait any longer. Keep you posted on this situation - hoping that the manager would ntervene and sort this out enabling us to have a working fridge quickly and thus allowing me to upgrade the rating on this to 5 stars. You tell me. Ordered on 11 th,next day delivery promised. Now 14 th ,not yet arrived. Why promise what you dont deliver, not good enough these days.

the fridge arrived damaged and i have been told not in so many words, that because it was in the clearance section 'tough, that's what you get'. the fridge was damaged in transit, you can tell from the damage to the box..and as i had to pay £30 for delivery to my area I am not happy.I have been told that i can return it myself and get another sent out to me...1. Pay another £30 delivery charge? no thanks.. and 2. the fridge is for my daughter starting uni and i cant wait for another. The first email I got after I complained was quite curt and rude, more customer service training needed I think.the second was slightly better but no more helpful..anyway I would think twice about recommending your company, I wish I had used amazon

The fridge was bought as a Clearance B model which is described on our website as a working products in good cosmetic condition with minor dents and scratches. I understand from the original email sent to us that the dent was the size of a 5p piece. This should not affect the performance of the fridge. If you have any other questions please contact me. Web site.ordered 3 mini fridge checkout trying to charge for 6 .tried phone either cut of or message telling you to press 1 to order then cutting of emailed in the end very helpful man rang me back to order by phone.ordered on Thursday for next day delivery its Sunday today still not arrived.hope the fridge s come tomorrow as needed in surgery for vaccine s .

I have paid for and ordered my product (10th Aug) and it was advertised as next day delivery and later, by email, confirmed to me as next day delivery. Now I understand that my order was late in the day on the 10th so realistically I didnt expect it to arrive by the 11th but assumed it would arrive by the 12th. Indeed I received an email on the 11th from minifridge.co.uk stating that APC couriers would be delivering by 4pm next day. I waited in all day till 8pm. Nothing arrived. At approx 7pm I emailed minifridge. co.uk and still havent received a reply. I tracked the parcel via the APC website and it stated that it was sat in a depot and had been there for more than 24 hours. I emailed APC and still have not had a reply. I rang APC again today and was told that the relevant department wont be open until Monday. So clearly they don't even do weekend deliveries. Which means that selling the item with 'next day delivery' is a lie. The item was for a gift that I should have taken to a party the night of the 12th. Having ordered on the 10th with 'next day delivery' that allowed plenty of time to receive it. I have since been to the party empty handed and now have to pay my own courier to then send the present on to their address in another city. Complete failure from minifridge.co.uk to supply the item which is fully paid for, false advertising, no response to my email so far, and three days later still no product. Really angry and will be taking this further if somebody does not communicate with me in the next 24 hours and if the product does not arrive at my house tomorrow. Leann Marshall-Jones

The fridge I bought (IceQ 48 Litre) was too noisy and I found minifridge.co.uk difficult to deal with regarding returns. First of all I was told someone would call me to arrange collection. When no one called I phoned again and was told that it was down to me to arrange the return. I sent it via DPD (cost c£10) and then had to chase twice to be informed that my refund was being processed. I have now received my refund in full but I would not buy from minifridge.co.uk again.

The fridge has arrived and while it looks great one of the feet in missing. I have called Customer Services who have told me they are posting it out to me but nothing has arrived. Not the best service but the fridge if it had all its feet would be good.

I left fridge for 24 hours before plugging in, now a week later it's still bubbling like a witches cauldron hopefully it will settle down soon so we can have it in the same room as ourselves. Regards Geoff

I am slightly disappointed with the fridge I don't think the handle will last long it is very flimsy the connections at the back aren't very secure expensive for what it is - if it hadn't of been for a birthday present I would sent it back and requested a refund ------- sorry

I orderede on a Sunday for delivery Tuesday. On Monday you mailed me to say the item was out of stock and offered a fridge in either black or white. I replied accepting the white so lng as there was no price increase and that I would telephone the followin morning. I phoned on Tuesda and your customer services agent was not in the office. I explained tha situation to another operative who told me that this could be despatched the same day, no mention of price increase. You the mailed to tell me of a £15 price increase. I phoned again the original agent was on another call and said'tell him he'll have to wait till next week. At which pont I cancelled the order. You had my contact details but no one could be bothered to speak to me only by email. Cutomer service 'null point'

The fridge itself works properly and pleased with my purchase. Although, the delivery was very slow, which is a bad point on the courier side. The disappointment was caused by the extremely poor packaging which resulted in a few minor scratches on the front of the door. I would expect a scratch-free product for this price.

The dimensions of the fridge given to the customers don't specify that they are outside not inside dimensions therefore the fridge was not big enough for my requirements and I had to send it back.
