Doesn’t keep coldness and freezer compartment isn’t boxed off ice melts

Ordered the fridge just within the ‘next day’ delivery window. On Thursday. Went camping at Friday evening, no fridge, came back Sunday, no attempted delivery. Amazon would have had it there Friday, just saying.

Don’t believe the next day delivery promise. Ours took a week despite numerous phone calls. The fridge is nice enough, quiet and is very convenient when the lounge is far from the kitchen.

The fridge arrived 14th Dec which surely suggests its a gift? It was delivered with what it is written all over the box - my son answered the door and it was an Xmas gift for him which is now ruined. I just dont understand why this would happen??? Disappointed 😞

Waited in all day Friday the fridge to be delivered , the website stated next day delivery . When it hadn't arrived by 2PM Saturday, I rang the delivery company , and was told it wouldn't be delivered till Monday. I only wish this had been stated when I made the order , I wouldn't have waited in for a day and a half . I cant comment on the actual fridge , I havent recieved it yet .

I ordered a mini fridge from this company that has still not arrived even though they t stated free next day delivery... I have also not had any correspondence from them either since I paid. No notifications or updates on my purchase whatsoever. We f someone from this company reads this please get in touch and let me know when my order will be 1- dispatched and 2 when the arrival date is Thanks Mrs Copeland

Frigde: Workmanship very poor - scratches, scuff marks, small stains, indentations, plastic cut around hinges jagged. Also, there were fibres inside that looked like either human hair or bristle from a brush. On first inspection I thought the fridge was secondhand/used item, and on closer examination I noticed all of the imperfections listed above. Customer service was quick to respond to my complaint, and fridge collected and my money refunded. That’s why I haven’t given very poor.

It was simply to make the purchase. I chose your company because it advertised free next day delivery. Sadly the order placed on Friday has not yet been delivered, end of day on Monday. I needed the cool box tomorrow morning!!

Ordering was easy and the fridge was due to be delivered on Friday 18th September, waited all day no delivery. Only to get a message On line to say ‘sorry we missed you ‘ which was a totally false at the time mentioned 14.10 I was having my lunch in the sitting room looking out for them. No one turned up. No missed you slip put through the door to confirm that they had attempted to deliver the Fridge. Unacceptable behaviour of the delivery people. So I have not. Got the fridge. I telephoned the number given the gentleman told me to ring on Monday to reschedule. His comment was that the driver does not get paid if the delivery was not done. Who pays me having taken the day off. So no fridge yet.

Wrong idea delivered. Took ages to get incorrect item collected, numerous emails to company to try to deal with it. Collection of wrong item didn't happen, so had to arrange it all again. Then had to wait even longer for the correct fridge to be delivered.

Sadly the wrong fridge was dispatched. Having to wait for the item to be collected before the correct item will be sent is irritating given the next day delivery marketing. Hence the grading given.

I ordered next day delivery and it hasn't arrived yet. It was FIVE days ago. I write an email to the customer service where is my parcell and the answer was totally useless. I'm so disappointed. I'm never orderd again from here.

I ordered the fridge on Monday, thinking it will come on Tuesday as it states on the website that they offer next day delivery. Instead, I had to wait 4 days for my delivery. Within those 4 days, I tried to contact customer service, every time I spoke with someone, they kept cutting the line on me. This happened to me about 8 times!! Absolutely appalling customer service, they didn’t provide no tracking number either so I had no idea why there was a delay or any sort of updates at all. The fridge is great in terms of size, very very quiet and sleek design but they need to improve customer service and they shouldn’t advertise next day delivery if they won’t live up to their words, it’s called false advertisement!

Hi, Thank you for your comments. I can confirm next day delivery is only for orders made before 2 pm as shown on our website, as you made your order Monday Evening this wouldn't have been actioned until the following day.
