I bought this fridge as a Christmas present. I assume the fridge is ok however has a few minor scratches and there was a large gouge in the side of the box when it arrived. Hopefully the fridge will work on Christmas day of it will be a lousy present and I will need to exchange it.

The fridge itself looks good but as I wanted it for the bedroom it’s too noisy so I’m disappointed 😕

I sent an email before I bought it, asking about noise levels, but did not receive an answer. I went ahead anyway, and I find the fridge is very noisy - the sound is like a 20 year old computer. My mistake, I guess, it says somewhere it is 30dB, and I found somewhere that this is probably what a computer in the past sounded like. I cannot be bothered to send it back - the terms and conditions say they 'may' charge a 'restocking fee', not saying how much that would be, so I reckon I might end up with not much anyway considering the postage to send it back. so I keep it, I have it in my office, I switch it off when I am in the office and switch it back on whenever I leave the office. NIce to have a small fridge, if it had a more up to date silent fan it would be great.

I placed the order over the phone as the most important criteria I had was for the mini fridge to be frost-free (auto-defrost). The sales clerk has repeatedly assured me that he one he proposed was meeting my criteria. When the fridge was delivered and we unpacked it, the instructions inside clearly stated that the fridge was manual defrost. The only reason I did not return the fridge was that my niece desperately needed one to take with her to college and we ran out of time.

Ordered on Friday - expecting delivery on Monday. No delivery. Emailed on Monday night. Tuesday night and still no response. Not good enough.

Fridge has arrived damaged and I can't get in touch with customer services because the number I call hangs up on me after waiting 15 minutes at position '1'. Also I can't submit the damaged form online as it won't send. Very disappointed.

My parcel went lost. I expected delivery by Friday 6th April but it never reached the courier's depo and customer service is still trying to find where it is. Very disappointed as the money has already left my bank account.

No email to say when it’s been delivered and according to your advertising you deliver the next day we ordered out on the Thursday or the Friday so I think you’re very poor

When we recieved this fridge we immediately contacted the company to return the fridge as it did not meet our needs. We emailed telephoned and recieved no communication what so ever. We gave a mini fridge we want to return and no communication . In my opinion this is an extremely poor service please be aware

Im awaiting for the product to picked up and changed. because of damage to the item. Idid attempt to speak to a adviser but was on the phone or one hour and a half which i found very unsatisfactory so i dissist with the call. The online ordering was ok

I placed a first order where I missed the box to select different delivery and billing addresses - my fault. They called to let me know and I gave the correct details over the phone, only to get a email later on saying the order was cancelled - I called the next day and they said the bank rejected payment. I tried to order again, but the item was out of stock. I ordered something different - correct details this time and everything went smoothly. Over a week later and after checking my transactions online I found that both orders had been charged to my card and I had not been refunded (so no rejection from the bank). I called today, they say they will sort it out, but as a customer I shouldn't have to chase refunds for cancelled orders.
