“I can’t praise Michael tuck enough for their help in finding my children and I a property at very short notice, not only that-one we absolutely love and in the location we wanted to stay! Natalie and James were very accommodating. I viewed various properties and once I found one I liked James pushed it through quickly. After my relationship broke down and then finding out I had a matter of weeks to find somewhere to live (my current landlord was selling). I had almost given up hope (I never realised how hard it would be to rent as a single parent). James told me to fill the application form out…I thought there was no point as I kept getting rejected, but within half an hour he rang me and said I had got it! I’m so grateful for all their help! Honestly can’t thank them enough! We are now enjoying a fresh start in our new home 😊 from the bottom of my heart thank you!!! 🙏”

“Good and straightforward no frills agency perfect for our required sale. A more realistic initial sale price assessment would have been better but I guess that is common for all estate agents! A 9% hit to achieve the sale was rather more than the expected approx 5%. Happy to use again.”
