“Having purchased lots of items of this firm for my camper build and needing technical help with one of my 3 Eberspacher heaters they could not have been anymore helpful , having explained what I needed to do I needed the parts to complete the project so I purchased them and opted to collect rather than have delivered within an hour the parts were ready for collection informed by text drove over collected in person couldn’t be happier , everything worked as expected .”

“Stuart at Mellor was very responsive and helpful. I was ordering from Washington state in the U.S. and so wanted to have everything included in one shipment. He was helpful in considering the size heater for my boat, and any additional accessories I would need for the installation (which I was doing myself). I was ordering from Mellor in the U.K. because their prices were significantly better than anything I could find in the U.S.. The cost of shipping was more than offset by their low prices. I would order from them again.”
