“I ordered a tin of mini meg cakes for my Dad for Father’s Day. I’d inadvertently selected the wrong postage but requested a Sat delivery. Alice from Meg Rivers spotted this and gave me a call and I was able to alter the delivery payment over the phone so that the cakes were delivered in time for Father’s Day. Absolutely brilliant service and my Dad says the cakes are delicious!!!!!”

“First class service from easy ordering on-line, keeping me up-dated at every stage with delivery status, delivered exactly the right day I wanted it, packaging secure, lovely looking cake (was for our small wedding) and the cake itself tasted supurb. So much so one of our guest took the name and may order a cake for a 60 at the end of the year. Thank you very much - will definately recommend.”

Dear David, I am so sorry to hear our ginger cake wasn't to your liking. With ground ginger, Crystallised ginger and ginger wine in this 30 year old recipe we've never had "taste little ginger" as a comment. “I sent some "Mini Megs" as a birthday present, and they arrived on time and were very gratefully received! I've been told they were delicious, which I may have to verify for myself at some point.... I've used Meg Rivers before - last time there was a slight delivery hiccup (which was absolutely not the fault of the bakery at all, just a delivery driver obviously keen to get home), and they went above and beyond to make sure that the cake got there in time for my son's birthday so I was very happy to use them again. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're fixed that gives you the measure of a company and I was so impressed that I am happy to be a repeat customer and can highly recommend Meg Rivers Artisan Bakery! Thanks to the whole team for all their hard work :)”
