“Ordered mini Megs for a friend - they were delivered the next day and greatly enjoyed. Have had cakes from them for many years and always delicious, especially the choc brownies!!”

“Beautifully presented and packaged. Arrived on time and I was kept informed of the process from booking to arrival. Most importantly it tasted (so I’m told) even better than it looked. A perfect gift. Thank you. It’s the second time I’ve used your services and remain impressed and will certainly be using them again. Just need an excuse to treat myself!”

“I left the order of my cake quite late and was very happy when I found this could be delivered in time with the option to select a specific day. It was perfect for us to take camping with us to celebrate a birthday. The cake travelled really well and was liked by all, have a feeling this will become a regular birthday cake supplier!”

“You did great! My dad loved his Father’s Day cake. It’s really important to me as I live in Tokyo and wasn’t able to bake one for him. Thank you so much!”

“The overall cakes were absolutely stunning. The only thing I would say I thought the sugar roses were a bit on the small size and a bit disappointing apart from that arrived in excellent condition. Presentation was amazing. Can’t wait to try it.”

“Could be better packaged as the lemon topping stuck to the plastic packaging, but saying that the cake was absolutely beautiful as was the topping that wasn't stuck to the bag the consistency of the cake was excellent, can't wait for the next one”

“Outstanding customer service! My delivery sadly went amiss ( thank you Royal Mail!) but Alice was extremely helpful, arranging a delivery via DPD the next day to make up for it. Not only that, but the cakes were delicious and the perfect gift.”

“Quick despatch, good communication. Only improvement would be to make clearer distinction between buyer and gift recipients as billing address shown was incorrectly given as the recipients! Delivery details sent to me by delivery company but I did not know whether they were also sent to recipients.”

“the cherry cake was lovely buit the fruit cake would not cut it just crumbled very disappointing”

Morning Steve, Thanks for the review and I'm so glad you enjoyed the cherry cake. Our Rich English Fruit is densely packed with fruits and nuts and does require a serrated knife and sawing action cutting slices (like a loaf of bread) to keep it at it's best. With best wishes, Jess
