“I took advantage of the recent offer on the shortbread biscuit selection with short shelf life. Fabulous experience. The delivery was painless and really quick. The distinctive Meg Rivers' green tin is always a delight to receive, because it is so useful after the goodies it contains are a distant memory. I've only tried the lavender biscuits, so far, and I had to be very careful to only eat a couple at a time. Very moreish and fresh, despite the imminent sell-by date. Yes, you pay more for a Meg Rivers experience, but it is so worth it. Their brownies, for example, are to die for.”

“the cake seemed to me to be noticeably smaller than in the past, not such good value. I haven't opened the cake yet but I'm sure it'll taste good.”

“We did not think these were better than mass produced ones. Not very 'short'. Chocolate and shortbread is not a good combination.”

“What a beautiful cake! We bought this as a wedding present for my mum, and she absolutely loved it. She was so happy to receive it, and it made such a lovely, thoughtful gift for her. The cake was beautiful and made the occasion feel even more special. It was wonderful to see how much happiness it brought her. Thank you so much for helping us give Mum such a lovely surprise. We really couldn’t have asked for more! ❤️”

“I ordered the fruit cake as part of my husbands 60th birthday present as he loves fruit cake. The delivery and service I received from Meg Rivers was an example to other companies as to what customer service should look like! (Thank you to Alice). The cake itself was exactly what I’d hoped- beautifully moist, full of fruit and soaked. The perfect fruit cake. Highly recommended. Thank you- made his day!”
