“A few months ago my mum was remarried at the age of 91 (he is 94). They live in Canada and I couldn’t be there. I am going soon to see them and I wanted to give them a little wedding present. They were married in a hospital with 4 people attending, so no cake etc. These mini cakes are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for the occasion. I am sure they will love them. I can't wait to gift them.”

“Dear Meg, The cake arrived promptly and we took it down to the hotel for the finishing touches - gold ribbon and fresh flowers. We ate the cake at the party on Saturday 11th July and it was delicious. Thank you so much. Val and Mike”

“I’ve used Meg Rivers a lot and like the cake products and subscriptions. This cake was a Father’s Day gift for my 95 year old father. Sadly it was not enjoyed by him or my mother. They found it too crumbly, too fruit heavy and consequently struggled to cut it and eat it. Sadly, it’s not been eaten.”

“Very good I would suggest that in exceptional periods of heat, the chocolate fudge cake should be wrapped in a cold bag, so it doesn’t melt!! This one the fudge was sliding south, still yummy though”

“My daughter had her wedding Friday 26 th June 2026 I order a two tier fruit cake it was so moist full of fruit and tasted lovely.I would full recommend any body looking for a fruit cake Meg Rivers cake are great.Come on time .”
