“All good it was eventually delivered after delivery co returned an indeliverex Xmas cake . Someone called immediately to tell me from Meg Rovers about the mistake . Cake looks amazing can’t wait yo try”

“Absolutely stunning wedding cake. Beautifully moist and very tasty with the fruit and nuts. The best fruit cake I have ever tasted. Many guests were very complimentary and asked who'd made the cake. I of course shared the details. It was very crumbly however, but I just wanted to share my feedback . Very happy overall. Just wonderful. Thank you.”

“We had the gin Christmas pudding last year, and it was delicious. I'm quite sure it will be as good again this year, but obviously haven't tried it. But this year, as last, delivery was prompt, it came well packed, and on the two occasions I asked a question (one last year, one this) I got a very quick, very polite response.”

“Little rosebud fruit cakes were slightly soggy and over sweet. This I am sure is a one off batch. Very prompt service and lovely little gifts.”

“I had this cake sent as a gift to my sister and brother-in-law. They speak well of it and seemed very pleased. I myself am in another country, so was not able to see it and judge, but I am so glad they are happy. I know they really love fruit cake. The only reason I give 4 stars is that I thought it came in a tin as it was pictured. I missed where it gave an option in writing. I was wanting the tin, so that was a disappointment to me. I wish that the box had been pictured too. That would have been a cue to choose.”

“It was a gift, posted to someone else, and the recipient said it was delicious. It also arrived very quickly. Maybe you should get 5 stars but as I didn't taste it myself, you only get 4.”

“Both cakes and tin were five star, the recipient was delighted, however, I have deducted a star for the carrier's failure to keep me informed regarding the delivery. I still wouldn't know the parcel had been delivered were it not for the fact that my friend 'phoned me to thank me!”

“Only just received (Nov), so can't comment on the products as they are for Christmas. But items arrived quickly and were well packed and look good, so gave a 4 star for now as not tasted yet. But the service was good.”
