“Ordering this cake couldn’t have been easier on the website. It was delivered on the day requested and packed very well. It was however delivered on it’s end and I couldn’t see anything saying “this side up” but this had no effect on the product itself.”

“I would have given 5 stars although not eaten yet! Big day on the 14th June. The cake is beautiful and packaged really well. However pretty disgusted with DPD as had requested it to be delivered to my neighbour and instead left on my doorstep all day in the drizzle and the box damaged. Thank goodness the cake in perfect condition.”

Dear Iris, due to the location of your recipient in the Highlands of Scotland we were limited in our delivery options. Royal Mail is best solution and they can be speedy or slow so with a birthday cake take the initiative to send a day or two earlier with the belief that sooner is better than missing the big day. I hope he enjoyed his cake and early birthday gift. Kindest, Jess

“Service and communication excellent, a fair price. Presentation was a little disappointing, six mini cakes each in a plastic packaging and placed in the tin. It would have left ones much nicer with some tissue paper.”
