“We’ve not cut the Christmas cake with toasted marzipan yet! A bit too early in December! However, we’ve ordered your cakes over the past several years and they’ve been delicious. I’m sure this years cake will be just as fabulous.”

“I was very disappointed too wet and crumbled easy. I wanted to marzipan the cake and decorate it. It was not suitable.”

Dear Bernard I am sorry you were dissappointed with your cake. This cake is not designed to be decorated as it arrives fully decorated with fruit. I hope we included cutting instructions as this richly fruited, nut full cake does require a sawing action to get through all those goodies! Feel free to send photo's to us at customercare@megrivers.co.uk if you'd like us to investigate further. Kindest, Meg Rivers Team
