“I joined the Cake Club moroe than a year ago, and very much enjoyed every cake as it came, and especially the Simnel Cake and the Chocolate Fudge Cake. But as I live alone, I could not always eat my way through an entire cake, unless my family members were visiting, as they do; but they live a long way south. So I have changed to the Treats Club, having sampled some of the products and found them delicious - and more easily shared with local visitors.”

“The tin arrived promptly and the presentation made it a lovely gift - the recipient was delighted. However, I need to flag a quality issue: the Lavender and Honey shortbread I sampled was soft. Not crumbly in the way fresh shortbread should be - soft, as though moisture had worked its way in. Stale, in other words. For almost £30 (incl delivery), the expectation is that every biscuit in the tin is at its best. The recipient hadn't tried shortbread before, so she didn't notice - but I did, and it was a disappointing experience for what is supposed to be a premium product. Fast dispatch, beautiful tin. The shortbread itself needs to match the price point.”

“The cake tasted good but it was so much smaller than I expected, the cake topper would not fit on the top and it didn’t feed all the guests, it was a very small wedding , overall disappointed for the price . Also the delivery driver left the cake on the doorstep opposite to the instructions on the box .”

“Sent as a gift and very well received by weary recipients. Only marked down a tad by admin, as my son was sent the delivery notification (I last sent him cake in 2020 when he lived at a different address) and I received no reply to my email requesting clarification. Delivery was all correct, but admin could have been better”
