“Weight loss medication!! My experience has been upsetting and disappointing. I ordered Mounjaro from this pharmacy and unfortunately experienced significant nausea on the higher dose. I made the decision to request a reduction back to a dose I had previously tolerated well. Instead of receiving supportive clinical guidance, I was met with impersonal and accusatory emails suggesting I had “misused” the medication. At no point was I offered a phone call, despite being asked to provide my number for this purpose. What made matters worse was the volume of marketing emails I received from this company, which made it very easy to miss important clinical information amongst repeated sales promotions. I acted honestly and in good faith at all times and was simply trying to manage unpleasant side effects without wasting very expensive medication. While I did eventually receive an email stating I will receive a refund and my account was immediately closed, the overall experience left me feeling blamed, unsupported, and disrespected as a patient. I would strongly recommend that this pharmacy reviews how it communicates with patients, particularly when dealing with sensitive medical treatments. Patients deserve clear, supportive, and professional care — not impersonal and defensive responses. Based on my experience, I would not use this service again.”
