“Prompt acknowledgement of order. Interest in my response. Disappointing the first desired BP Aqueous Cream product was - maybe still is - 'Out of stock' for many weeks. Why? Why is the cost so high compared to other Aqueous Cream products? I suggest this be explained/stated by medino. Type of container fastening was/is very difficult to open with elderly fingers. Why the high cost The contents are smooth and economical to use.”

“All good thank you, would just recommend use of Royal mail for small packages as opposed to Parcel force, that way the regular postie would know our location as a regular visitor but that's just because we are sometimes not easy for courier companies that is all...”

“I was able to read about the product I wanted so I knew it was right for me. The selection of products was great and there are lots of products that can’t be found or are more expensive elsewhere.
