“Arrived as expected. Sometimes delivery experiences can be hit or miss but with next working day delivery option I got just that with notifications when the item would be delivered. Perfect on that front.”

“I ordered some numbing cream on the evening of the 14th December which was a Sunday but reviewers say their goods ordered on a Sunday were delivered next day even so. I rang the customer service and was told that the order would be despatched Monday as no one working on a Sunday and would be arriving Tuesday but it didn't turn up. I am now being told the cream is arriving today but hasn't arrived yet at 16.38 How is this next day delivery? I wanted the numbing cream for a painful ingrowing toenail removal which was happening today and this company has let me down badly. Taken my money for next day delivery and not supplied what I paid for. I have asked for a refund of the postage costs on their facebook page which has remained unanswered thus far. Is it any wonder I won't trust them to deliver on time in the future.”

During the phone call on the 16th, we explained that, as mentioned on the website, we are not open to process orders over weekends and so your order was dispatched the following working day. Unfortunately, your parcel was delayed by 1 day and so we issued a refund for the delay after receiving your email. We can see that your parcel was delivered around 30 minutes after you posted this review but if this is not the case, then please do reach out to info@medino.com so we can investigate this further.
