“I still haven’t received my order 6AMQK7, and whenever I call Customer Service, an automated message says no one is available to take my call and that they’ll call me back. So far, no one has called. Update: Customer service called and issued a full refund. But I don't understand why I should have to call them. The delivery was returned to them 3 weeks ago because it was damaged beyond repair. At this point, they should resend the order or issue a refund. Please review and fix your ordering system procedures.”

As shown in your screenshot, the parcel has not been returned back to us and was last scanned in your local delivery office so there is unfortunately no way we could have been aware of this issue without you notifying us. As we dispatch over a thousand parcels a day, it is unfortunately not possible for us to keep track and monitor every parcel we send in case there is an issue with it. KR, Customer Support
