“I have bought goods from medino for several years, mainly dermol 500 lotion & have been very pleased with goods. Delivery via royal mail in our area is not so good but I received it 2 days after it should have been here. This is not the fault of medino who paid for next day.”

“I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years, & the service has gone downhill, items out of stock for many months & orders not being shipped the same day, I place about 4-5 orders a month, & have noticed a decline with products in stock, Alessandro & Meg are very helpful. If nothing changes, then I will take my custom elsewhere!”

Hi John, We are sorry to hear about this, especially from such a loyal customer. We have addressed your complaint provided some details as to the stock issues you have raised in an email to you but, to reply to this review, it is very very rare that we miss a dispatch date and can confirm that this was due to an error made in our warehouse system which has since been addressed and resolved. While we do try to keep stocked up, sometimes an item or product range is out of stock due to supplier issues which typically indicates a national shortage or that the product may be discontinued. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do in these instances but we will continue to look for reliable suppliers and keep our website up to date. KR, Customer Support

“In need of some products normally bought at another famous retailer I found they were out of stock, so a search on the internet brought up Medino who I wasn’t previously aware of and they had lots of the products I wanted all at a good price too. My purchases arrived in very good time nicely packaged and I am very pleased with what I’ve bought. Recommended.”

“First time I have made a purchase from Medino and I have to admit to being a bit cautious as I hadn't heard of the company before. On reading the other reviews, I decided to go ahead with my purchase and am really pleased I did. My order arrived the next day and the products I ordered were all significantly cheaper than on other sites. The items were all well packaged and arrived in pristine condition.
