“The goods were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday between 09-10 &10-10. We then got an EMAIL saying it would be delivered between 13-20 & 19-20. We waited in all day for nothing, because NOTHING arrived. On Thursday we had a very important Hospital appointment so we weren't in. Nobody let us know what was happening about the Parcel m. We'd left instructions for the Parcel to be left in the Greenhouse. Half way through the day we get a message saying it had been delivered. On our return home the Parcel wasn't where we'd asked for it to be left. It was left on the front door step in full view of the Drive. When we finally opened the Parcel it contained a damaged bottle and liquid all over the other contents. The packaging inside wasn't even 2nd class, just flimsy stripe if paper which wouldn't have been suitable for plastic bottles never mind about glass bottles!!!! I trust you will either replace the damage goods or at least a refund???? Yours Sincerely. Mr R & Mrs J A DONE. P.S Photo's have already been sent through previous correspondence!!!!”
