“Very positive experience with Medino, but huge delay in receiving item owing to Royal Mail failures. Item at local main depot day after purchase, but then lingered for almost a week! Medino very responsive when I emailed re non receipt of item. So far product seems fine-need 28 days to see whether the claims made about the product are correct! Would order again from Medino, especially to see whether Royal Mail can redeem themselves! Thank you Medino”
