Hi Vicki, We are sorry to hear about this! I can confirm we have received no emails from you regarding this so we have not had the opportunity to fix this for you. Please reach out to info@medino.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) as well as photos of the outer and inner packaging so we can investigate this further. “Medino offers great value and a good service. It can be a little frustrating dealing with the pharmacists who seem over cautious at times, especially when dealing with medication that is safe to use like amd non- addictive. However at least they are carrying out due diligence but when you're in pain or fancy a hot night with the wife you want your order as soon as possible. Al in all I am happy with Medino and will use them again”
