“I had been looking for this hairspray and Medino was the only place that sold for a reasonable price, which I thank you I ordered them and within a couple of days I had them at my home, well done for a quick delivery I would definitely order from Medino again”

“Excellent shopping experience ! I've bought items from Medino three or four times now and always get excellent service from them. The goods are well-priced, they always seem to be available and delivery is within 2-3 days. Really, there's nothing to dislike. Living in a rural village, getting to a general pharmacy is not easy (18 mile round trip) so being able to order online is great. Great service, Medino. Thank you.”

“Awful service, they forgot the needles and when I ask about it they are rude and hung the phone on me. Sourem (if that is his name) was really rude. They give one advice at the begining on when to put the injections and suddenly they give another advice only because of the mistake they made, playing with the health of the people.”

Hi Lorena, We are so sorry that you had cause to write this review. You sent us an email stating that you were missing your free needles less than 24 hours ago. We again apologise for this error. Our pharmacy team did their best to handle the issue however we do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards our staff which is why we had to terminate the call and the case was escalated to our super intendent pharmacist who has resolved this issue.
