“Ordering is easy and the goods are delivered very quickly. I irdered some soluble aspirin which I use to treat an occasional sore throat and I ordered a smaller than appropriate dosage. I would have preferred the correct dosage to have been sent with an additional charge rather than that part of the order cancelled and part refunded.”

“Received my vitamins promptly at a very good price. Free delivery. Would be 5 starts but when payment is made using Apple Pay it automatically adds postage of £1.49 when it should be free. I then have to email Medino to cancel the delivery charge which they always do.”

“You were very good but I thought you should know that your courier, Royal Mail, were definitely not. They missed two delivery slots that they had agreed to and eventually left our parcel in the safe space we had designated (in the open) without even dropping a note through the door. Not impressed and we'd have had a soggy parcel if the weather had changed.”

“Ordered online with a delivery address that was NOT my own postal address (away from home with work ) but Medino still managed to get the delivery to me in the quickest time and I am very happy with my purchase. Not the first time I have used their service. It won't be their last. Thank you SSb”

“Pro's: love the low prices for several products - can't beat most of them, and it will have me coming back. Con: Payment choices on browser site only offered me Visa or M - no apple or gpay, or even paypal - which was not conviniente as I prefer to pay by either of those 3 apps. It wasn't until I access through a 3rd party app that I was finally given the choice to pay by Gpay.”
