Hi Donald, As we have explained over email, we are a UK pharmacy who only ships to the UK. When a US address is entered at checkout, it is rejected as we do not ship outside of the UK. You used a UK postcode to try to bypass this which has resulted in your parcel being returned back to us as a mixed US/UK address does not exist. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for customers using a wrong address at checkout. KR, Customer Support
