“The products provided were as expected. The box, however, in which they were packed and delivered by Royal Mail was badly torn at the top, leaving a gaping hole and one of the long plus boxes was also torn and mangled inside. The contents were ok. The Royal Mail post woman who delivered it apologised but offered no explanation, other than they didn't have a bag big enough to put over the box. I have complained to Royal Mail but received no reply as yet.”
