“As per usual, my product arrived well packaged and promptly too. The only thing I wasn't 100% happy with was that, as I wasn't in, it was left with my neighbour with whom I have a somewhat strained relationship. I would have preferred it being left in a safe place and never with the neighbour. They did deliver it, but basically left it on my doorstep as soon as they got it so, it could have been taken by someone in between then and me getting home.”

“Once you had sorted out your stock system you were wonderful. The trouble with automated stock systems is that if things are put on the wrong shelf they will get sent to the wrong customer. I now have The correct capsules and am delighted. Thank you for your trouble.”

“I am an established customer with Medino having purchased Vicotears several times before, so I do find it a bit annoying that I have to complete all the questions again before ordering, because I am sure you have it on record. However the goods arrived. A bit late because of the Postal strike”

“Same service as other providers of my Xailin Night ointment but this time courier did not deliver to house but to a hut near our driveway entrance (400 metres away) It was rescued by one of our horseowner customers who delivered it for you.”
