“paid for next day delivery turned up after 2 days damaged bottles broken box wet with liquid irefused to accept it .called medino given postage refund and was promised order would be sent out for next day drlivery,and it would be properly packed this time. 3days later no order called again and advisor said it would be sent that day,i said i would prefer a refund which was issued and i said i would try and source this item elsewhere as my wife was in need of linctus now not 6 days after initial order.very dissapointed with this as this item is quite hard toget in pharmacies now as my wife is diabetic and is the only sugar free linctus she likes.”
