“My local chemist didn't have a required item in stock so tried Medino from a recommendation. They had the item as well as Two other pharmacy only supplied items I use so ordered all Three and got postage included and next day delivery. An all round win.”

“Reasonably priced. Packaging was extremely poor, and it literally was a case of chucking several items into a single wall box and sending it out. Upon arrival, there was a big hole in the box about the size of a lady's fist, and upon opening, both of the pumps on the bottles had broken, and as a result, some of the contents leaked out. There seems to be a lack of common sense when it comes to packaging with this company, as surely common sense would suggest that pumps on bottles are sellotaped down, AND rather than just chucking items into a box, that adequate packaging is also put in the box to protect things that can break as well as leak. Surely common sense would also say that if a customer's order is heavy, then a double-wall box is used. That said, I got a refund on the broken items and 25% off my entire order.”
