“found the correct products and the price was very cheap. payment online was no issue. due to the product cost, i qualified for the next day express delivery. The product was delivered next day although the courier used did not ring the door bell or knock on the door and left the products on my doorstep. It was only by checking in on my emails I had found a confirmation of delivery and there it was sitting on the doorstep. good job it hadn't been raining or taken!! but overall pleased with products”

“I have bought goods from medino for several years, mainly dermol 500 lotion & have been very pleased with goods. Delivery via royal mail in our area is not so good but I received it 2 days after it should have been here. This is not the fault of medino who paid for next day.”

“I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years, & the service has gone downhill, items out of stock for many months & orders not being shipped the same day, I place about 4-5 orders a month, & have noticed a decline with products in stock, Alessandro & Meg are very helpful. If nothing changes, then I will take my custom elsewhere!”

Hi John, We are sorry to hear about this, especially from such a loyal customer. We have addressed your complaint provided some details as to the stock issues you have raised in an email to you but, to reply to this review, it is very very rare that we miss a dispatch date and can confirm that this was due to an error made in our warehouse system which has since been addressed and resolved. While we do try to keep stocked up, sometimes an item or product range is out of stock due to supplier issues which typically indicates a national shortage or that the product may be discontinued. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do in these instances but we will continue to look for reliable suppliers and keep our website up to date. KR, Customer Support
