“Delivery was on day expected with the correct goods, ie Zeroveen Emollient Cream 500g. However, contents were unusually poorly packaged with insufficient packaging paper, which allowed the them to move. This led to the blue locking device to break. No cream escaped into the box luckily. I was very disappointed as this was the first time I had cause for complaint over the past 3½ years!!”
