“Pretty poor. Sent out product fine. Missing a part. I emailed explaining item missing. Then I got questioned about it as if I were not being truthful abut receiving a part worth pennies. I replied anyway. Then ignored till I chased it up and then it was sent out. Complicated and not seamless.”

Hi, We are so sorry to hear about this. It looks like your email got lost in our spam filter which we rectified while doing our regular maintenance. We always ask for additional checks to be done in cases of missing items, especially if the order contains a restricted medication, as most instances are cases of a customer not seeing the item in the packaging.
