“Great quality print and speed of delivery. Deducted one star as print arrived with little ‘dents’ in it - probably when being rolled up. A bit disappointing.”

We are pleased to read that you were happy with the poster print quality. Just to let you know all our products are carefully checked by our quality control teams prior to securely packaging but we do have to rely on our carriers to take care of them on our behalf. “Delivery was prompt& well Packed. The posters were on good quality paper. The map print was perhaps less defined than we expected.”

“The prints arrived in good time and are good quality, slightly let down on The Gordon Highlanders Battle of Dargai print as there is a white band running along the top and bottom of the print which takes away the quality slightly.”

Hi Eddie All our products are custom made and in instances where the image files are a different shape to the chosen photographic paper size, we can either print all the image or print on all the product but cannot do both at the same time. To manage the difference we offer two print options (with margins or cropped). For mobile orders, cropping (image fills the paper) can be selected by ticking the Zoom in (crop image) box and the product illustration alters on the mobile app to show the layout selected. I have checked your order details and can see that one print was selected with margins and the other cropped so do hope this explanation helps. Thank you for taking the time to feedback. “The product, 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle was well presented and of good Quality materials. I was slightly disappointed by the resolution of the image. The smaller, 500 piece puzzle would probably have been a better choice.”

“Pleased with the canvas print but it was quite expensive. It was well packaged inside, which was just as well because the outer box was damaged in transit and I was quite worried when I saw it, but it was fine. And the delivery company did not carry out my instructions about where to leave it if we were out, which was a bit annoying.”

“Good quality images, arrived within days of placing order and was kept updated at all points of the purchase. Frame not as sturdy as expected and no instruction as to how to use what looks like the hanging hook. However, go it up and looks good in the wall.”

All our products are custom made so we do need to allow for production time but we do advise customers of estimated shipping dates at the time of ordering. I have checked your order details and can see this was for a framed print which shipped a day earlier than expected and was delivered the following business day.
