“I scoured the internet for prints of Sydney Paget's Sherlock Holmes illustrations. Let me save you some time. Media Storehouse are first rate quality, delivery was within a week, and the price was the best I could find. Highly recommended.”

As this is an anonymous feedback we're unable to check the details but believe this may have been a framed print order. To ensure safe delivery all our framed prints are shipped via courier tracked, next business day service.

“I'm very happy with the two prints I have purchassed but on both occasions my credit card provider has charged me a fee for an overseas transaction. Whilst you have no control over my credit card provider, I think you should warn purchasers of the possibility of a fee being imposed.”

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry your card company adds a fee however this is not the case for all providers but we will certainly consider adding this information to our FAQ page.

“I have already sent you feedback. All was excellent except that there were no plastic end caps on the tube, just loads of brown sticky tape wrapped around and across the open ends. This unfortunately gummed up the tissue paper that the print was wrapped around. It was ok, I unravelled it all. It did however leave the ends of the tube partially open to the elements. The print was fine luckily. I will be doing business with you again. The print was excellent and the delivery fast. Thank you.”

Thanks for posting feedback here as well as letting us know directly. As confirmed tubes usually have end caps so we've passed this feedback on to our production department for further investigation.
