“I came upon Mediastorehouse by accident and thought it was only available in certain countries. Boy was I wrong! I'm happy to say it is available in Canada (by way of the US). I ordered a print and am totally happy with it. It arrived by mail, carefully packaged, and with quick shipping, and no duties. (I guess it depends on the value of the item, but mine was just a print so it came through with no problems). I will definitely be shopping here again as they have a huge selection and the prints are stunning. Thank you Media Storehouse!”

“I ordered a 32" framed copy of "Queen Maeve" by Leyendecker. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. The print resolution for the size is just "ok". The cast of the print is dark. For $200 I would have expected the print to be matted. The matting is printed. I debated on sending it back but decided my options were limited and to keep the picture.”

Sorry you expected a different matt however we do advise that it's a digital mat in our product information details. If you decide to change your mind, please send us a direct message for return instruction.

We can't check the details as this is anonymous however, if this was a framed print purchased in the USA, we do inform customers it's a digital mat but we're glad you thought our product was "fantastic". Thanks for your feedback

“I scoured the internet for prints of Sydney Paget's Sherlock Holmes illustrations. Let me save you some time. Media Storehouse are first rate quality, delivery was within a week, and the price was the best I could find. Highly recommended.”

As this is an anonymous feedback we're unable to check the details but believe this may have been a framed print order. To ensure safe delivery all our framed prints are shipped via courier tracked, next business day service.

“I'm very happy with the two prints I have purchassed but on both occasions my credit card provider has charged me a fee for an overseas transaction. Whilst you have no control over my credit card provider, I think you should warn purchasers of the possibility of a fee being imposed.”
