Regarding the delivery delay; international deliveries can take longer due to the process of passing through local government customs checks. “I was very satisfied with the card. But was disappointed that it was posted in a plain envelope with no protection. This resulted in a small crease in the card which could have been avoided with a tough postage envelope.”

“We ordered a 30 x 20cm print and purchased a frame of those dimensions accordingly. The print paper was that size, but the print was not. There were very large white margins around the print and it looked terrible in our frame. The envelope was bent when the print arrived and the print was damaged as a result. I took photos of the envelope and the damaged print, but because our order was not of great monetary value, we decided not to pursue the matter. After about a week, after no post-purchase contact from Media Storehouse, I deleted the pictures from my phone. Some purchases are just best made in person.”

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced with your recent print Regarding the layout, we recommend that customers check the product descriptions and any associated images before making a purchase. When image files have a different shape than the chosen paper size, as in this instance, we offer two print options: printing the entire image with margins or cropping the image to fill the paper without margins. Customers can select either option based on their preference and your print was manufactured perfectly according to your order specifications. Additionally, we want to assure you that we follow standardised packaging procedures and take utmost care in securely packing our products to ensure they arrive safely. While this is generally effective, we do rely on our carriers to handle the packages with the same level of care. Your decision not to pursue the matter further is respected, but please know that we take all customer feedback seriously and strive to continuously improve our services. However, we're sorry to learn that you experienced confusion regarding the addition of a border. It's important to note that the chosen layout option is reconfirmed in the order preview images on the Shopping Cart screen. Here, customers have the opportunity to review and adjust the image on the paper by clicking the "Adjust Cropping to adjust" link before completing the order. Our intention with the border option is to provide customers with the opportunity to add a small gap around the image to compensate for the lips of frames, ensuring that less of the image is hidden under the frame's edge however the paper size selected stays the same. We will certainly take your feedback into account as we work to improve our communication and clarity around product options.
