“I received my photo. I was not happy to find that I was charged a foreign exchange fee because the product came from out side of the United States. If I knew this I could have obtained it in the United States and not be charged the extra fee.”

Thank you for your feedback. We're unable to check the details of the order as these have not been provided. However some financial institutions charge fees, even if their customers pay in local currency and unfortunately this is out of our control. Most products for US customers are made in the US so this isn't feedback we hear often from our customers.

“My order was dispatched promptly but I had to go to the trouble of collecting the order from the courier's depot after a failed delivery attempt as i was not in when the delivery was attempted.While making the purchase there was no option given to have a delivery address which differs from the address of the purchaser.Also there is no option given to the purchaser to specify that the delivery can be left in a garage or shed at the delivery address if the purchaser is not at home.I view these as significant shortcomings.”

We're sorry that our agent was unable to deliver as you were not home at the time. We do prefer customers to sign for parcels so that we know they've arrived safely and a notification card with details should have been left so that you could arrange redelivery rather than collection. At the time of purchase we do provide customers with the option to confirm a different delivery address to the purchaser, but it would seem that you missed this. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thanks for your feedback John.

“Image ordered arrived promptly. Only drawback was that there were creases on the print, despite it being packaged in a semi-rigid envelope. These could only have occurred during the original packing phase. More care needed, please!”
