Thanks for posting. When the sepia print colour option is selected it is confirmed on the order details. If sepia is not selected, a black and white (original) image is produced. However if the order states sepia please do let us know and we will arrange a replacement for you. We hope this explanation helps.

Thanks for posting. We do ship posters securely to ensure they arrive in good condition and we're glad you managed to remove it safely. Our advice to customers is to tap the tube gently on a table to drop the poster down to one end, then stick two fingers inside, open them out and twist clockwise to draw the poster inwards (make it a bit smaller) and gently remove.

“I found the need to contact my credit card company in order to "verify" that I had placed an order - this is not normally required when buying on-line - a bit frustrating, but my order was delivered in a timely manner and I am happy with it.”

Thanks for your feedback William. We certainly agree, verifying directly with your credit card company is unusual however can confirm this is not part of our payment process so was probably linked to your financial institution.
