Disappointing, Poor quality frame for the price

Estimated despatch came and went with a complete lack of any correspondence leaving me totally in the dark

As this is an anonymous post we're unable to identify the order however customers do receive an estimated dispatch date with the order email and another email on dispatch which will include tracking details where available. I was disappointed with the quality of the card the jigsaw was printed on. the price implied better quality. Normal jigsaws have a sheen to the picture but this is matt. Unfortunately due to an accident some water was knocked onto about 100 of the pieces and they have totally de-boned leaving us with just the picture. This is obviously not your fault but i feel that with better quality card some of the damage might have been mitigated.

We do our very best to provide customers with lots of details and illustrations and always aim to deliver great products. Unfortunately warping. discoloration and flaking are all consequences of water damage on cardboard and paper and we're truly sorry to read you had an accident! Thanks for taking the time to share other feedback also.  It will be most helpful with our future product development.

I am still waiting for the delivery of my framed picture. I was told it would be delivered by 5 February!! Therefore I can't review when i haven't received the item, which is supposed to be a gift.

You should seal the puzzle instead of an open box and the pieces are not even in a sealed bag. I have no idea if all the pieces are there.

As described on our store, 252 piece Puzzles are "supplied with loose pieces in a designer box with the photo on top". Due to our current production process, we're unable to include a sealed bag however we will certainly consider this in our future development Thank you for taking the time to post.

I have never received the ordered puzzle which is now well beyond the estimated delivery. Also, I have never seen a genuine confirmation about the shipment. I would never recommend this company.

I have been waiting over a month for my package. Still nothing. Hanukkah will have come and gone by the time this arrives which has caused added stress that I think we can all do without. I ordered early knowing things would move a bit slower this year. The customer service is not helpful at all and I feel completely dissatisfied with my experience.

Oh dear, sorry you thought delivery was slow :( I've look at the order details & can see it was estimated to ship on 26th Nov but went earlier and was delivered on 26th. Thanks for your feedback but I hope you will agree this isn't too bad considering the pandemic & that carriers globally are experiencing unprecedented volumes :)

Terrible Product. Terrible Service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The puzzle I ordered came with approx 20 missing pieces!! It was an important gift so I was devastated and totally embarrassed for gifting such a dodgy product. I emailed Customer Service, and the reply that I got was, this is not possible and that I have to purchase another puzzle if I wanted to complete it! Absolutely Appalled by this response and by the product, company and service! Save you’re money and buy something else that won’t cause you and you family stress and heartbreak! Seriously I saved for months to buy this :(

Still have not gotten the puzzle. The pandemic will be over before it is received! No way to judge quality but shipping is horrible and no one can even provide estimate on when to expect when I checked! Never order from them again! Terrible experience!

We are sorry you are not happy with your experience and do understand longer delivery times are frustrating during these extremely unusual and challenging times  Usually orders take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive but currently significant delays are being experienced in the USA due to limited flights and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. As we confirmed in our direct message, the parcel is in transit and will be delivered as soon as possible.

Orders a Birthday card of James Dean for a friend who is a huge fan. Card came with a picture that had been poorly stretched to fit dimensions of the card. As a consequence the figures in the photograph were completely distorted. Had to purchase another card from the shops instead. Poor quality product, don't waste your money on it.

For selected images we offer customers 2 print options. On checking the order we can see that option 2 below was selected, so the card was printed adjusted as selected:  1) With margins: Print the entire image, with any difference left as blank space which may result in a pair of white margins 2) With cropping: Yellow cropping icon under the image allows customers to adjust the cropping.  The difference in the image layout is clearly shown on the 'choose your product' page and we also give customers the opportunity to edit the layout prior to checkout. We are sorry that you missed this but do thank you for your feedback Graeme.

All our products are specially made-to-order therefore we do need time for production. We also offer several shipping options. Economy mail was selected in this instance and the tracking indicates it was delivered across America within 4 days. We hope this explanation helps. Thanks for posting.

I ordered my picture and never received it. Tracking is useless it says the package delivery is suspended, but no number or email given to determine how to get the package. This is after paying for shipping. Then they send me a link to rate them, but never knew their order was never completed. I will let you know if I am even able to get my money back. It will probably be the same process as the package tracking.

Still waiting for product to arrive phoned office to say still not received on 5/2/2019 was told they would look into it no further communication have tried to phone back just get answer service going to instruct credit card company to chase the money we have paid back very poor service
