Very disappointing and not patient-centred. Despite having fully completed the therapy before and having tolerated all dosage steps without any side effects, I was forced, after a short break, to restart on the lower 1.0 mg dose. This dosage had already shown no effect whatsoever for me in the past. MedExpress completely ignores the actual treatment history and bases decisions solely on internal shipping and process data. Individual tolerance, prior experience and real therapeutic benefit are clearly not taken into account. What I found particularly negative is that I was given no real choice: either agree to a treatment that I consider ineffective, or receive no medication at all. This approach has little to do with modern, individualised medical care. In addition, the provider is fully aware that I will continue the treatment with the higher, effective dose afterwards, yet I was still required to pay over €230 for another 1.0 mg shipment, despite it being clear that this dose provides no therapeutic benefit. This feels unnecessarily restrictive and driven by process rather than patient care. I communicated openly and honestly throughout and now regret that transparency. Overall, the process feels rigid, inflexible and more process-driven than patient-focused. For me, not recommended.

Did not receive my delivery from royal mail as they claimed the delivery was incorrect address. Not happy as the address was correct and royal mail did not turn up to my home on the 24th of December by 17:00 like they had promised in my e-mail. I was there waiting for my delivery all day. Please resend thank you.

Paid upfront, then weeks of silence and delays — left without supply (twice) I’m writing this to warn anyone considering MedExpress: my experience has been extremely poor and has left me without medication and without clear communication. In August 2025, MedExpress took payment for my order and then delayed dispatch for 6–8 weeks. That’s not a minor delay — that’s a complete failure to deliver within anything like a reasonable timeframe, especially for a treatment where continuity matters. What’s worse is that it now appears to be happening again. My most recent order was paid for, yet I’ve been left without supply and with no clear answer on when it will actually be dispatched. I’m not talking about a one-day courier issue — I mean the basic question of “when will you send it?” still isn’t answered properly. If a company is going to take someone’s money for a medication order and then can’t dispatch within a sensible timeframe, the minimum expectation is: clear stock/availability information before taking payment, transparent, proactive updates, and an honest dispatch timeline. That hasn’t been my experience. The result has been stress, wasted time chasing, and the risk of a gap in treatment. I’m now switching to another provider because I need reliability and speed, and MedExpress has shown me they can’t provide either. Based on what happened to me in August 2025 and what I’m experiencing again now, I would strongly suggest others look elsewhere unless you are comfortable paying upfront and then potentially waiting weeks with unclear communication.

The only thing I am not happy about is that some of the pills you send me last week are short dated which gives me not much time to use them and I would expect a discount on them
