Very poor service when wanting a quick turn around on medication. You essentially pay for the product prior to MedExpress carrying out checks to determine whether you are permitted to receive the medication. These checks can involve providing GP evidence of your condition. I was also required to provide photo ID after I’d paid. After providing photo ID I received a email stating that further checks would take a few days. This was a standard email response. I’ve always ordered online for convenience however Medexpress are far from convenient and straight forward. It’s easier to book a GP appointment or get repeat prescriptions via the GP than to order from MedExpress.

Absolutely awful service, I ordered medication last week for next day before 1pm delivery and I still haven't received it. I have completed an online complaint and no reply. I would avoid at all costs

Ordered for next day delivery, paid the premium fee, after order placed advised orders running late so didn’t arrive on time to take on holiday.

Not ordering again.. 2nd time delivery took approx 1week… last time got 20% discount but when you go to use it,, it says expired… rather pay £1 extra from boots atleast you get it within 48hrs

Would not recommend this company and service at all. Their service is so slow. They take weeks to approve your order. After they approve they then take weeks to deliver your order. When you follow up you get the most irrelevant reply back. If you are already on a plan they will delay your delivery so much by a couple of weeks that by the time you receive your order you’ll just have to start again. Very unreliable service.

Is this a dud batch? Absolutely no effect watsoever? Nothing. If I could have rated less than one I would have. I have paid over £30 for this and it hasn't workled.

I placed my order on the 2nd June but its now the 12th and I am still no further along, apparently due to a glitch, the agent I spoke to mentioned this (after the first one took my call, placed me straight on hold for a minute then disconnected me). I was due to take my medication today. It has not been dispatched. I have emailed, the replies ignore my actual questions and its just a copy and paste reply with no actual context or information. Just wishy washy apologies for a delay. I requested a call back from a manager to escalate my complaint and I have not had this. I have called again to be told their systems are down and to call back. I work in a similar role so I like to give the benefit of the doubt but the relentless excuses and no actual communication of any action has me concerned to continue my treatment with this company. Its not about when something goes wrong, these things happen, it is about how the company deals with it and this is not good so far at all.

If I could rate it 0 I would. I have paid for a prescription and there was a IT glitch, so the order didn't process properly, but the money was taken from my account. They have been paid and although I have phoned and emailed several times they have not resolved this. I have paid them £150 for a prescription they do not care about delivering. The poorest Internet service I have ever encountered. It looks like trading standards next, as they are not sorting out this problem. Very unprofessional.

Please consider carefully if you use this company. I wish I had read reviews. First order took 7 days. Second order placed over a week ago. No sign and I’m about to run out. Very long delays- clearly can’t cope. Evidence of not reading patient info carefully- I am raising a regulator complaint regarding patient care and safety. Annoying they were recommended to me so I wonder if they used to be ok. But my experience over 5 weeks now has been awful. Make sure you have a really good reason to use. Otherwise stick with Boots etc .

Despite ordering on 4th June and being advised it would arrive on 10th June I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MEDICATION!! So I am most disappointed with Med Express.

Unable to get proper answer as to why delay on mounjaro? Customer service via phone and email. Keep dodging the question. Others who ordered after me have recieved theirs already. Mine still hasn't been shipped..... infuriating isn't the word. Feel like I've been conned!
